Missig right click menu

I had dMC R14 and all of the accompaning pieces installed. Everything was working fine. I upgraded to 14.2 and "Convert To" and "Edit ID Tags" disappeared from the right click menu. I reinstalled R14 and they came back. I am running Win 7 64bit. Why isn't it working?

Uninstall, reboot computer then install R14.2

I uninstalled dbpoweramp converter, rebooted, and installed 14.2 and it fixed the issue.
