    Can't detect .WMA lossless

    Hi there,

I just downloaded dbpoweramp music converter ánd file selector. I have ripped my CD collection to WMA lossless. A poor decision, in retrospect, since my mediaplayers (Popcorn Hour C-200 and Squeezebox Duet) don't recognise these files.

Since I didn't feel like manually re-ripping every CD I own, I was looking on the internet for a program that could do this in a batch. Hence the addition of file selector.

I downloaded the codecs for WMA, but neither file selector nor music converter detected my WMA files as music files.

    What could be wrong?

P.S. Strangely I can't open my network with file selector (it's a rather primitive looking interface compared to music converter, at least the file selection part). Just stations with a letter. Fortunately my NAS makes backups on the harddrive of my PC. Still, is there a way to open network with file selector? But all is useless anyway if my WMA's can't be detected.

Map your network share to a drive by right clicking on the share in Windows explorer.

Run dBpoweramp Configuration, then look on Codecs, if you have installed WMA it should be listed there with .wma as an extension it can decode.
