Do dBpoweramp CD Riooer and Music Converter Come Togehter?

Hi I know this may sound stupid but when I bought dBpoweramp CD Ripper. I thought that the music converter was included with it was I wrong? I don't want to pay for the music converter if I'm all ready entitled to a full non-trial copy. :blush:
