Uninstall could leave the Windows Property details page for previously registered for

How do I fix this? I have installed the Trial of Music Converter but when I uninstalled it I get the Error:

Uninstall could leave the Windows Property details page for previously registered formats (such as mp3) inoperable

I know version 14.2 has a Bugfix for it so I insalled and uninstalled Release 14.2 but the Property details page is still empty.

I uninstalled (Windows 7 Prof. 64 bit) via the Programms Tab on Windows Control Panel.

Odd thing is, after Installing and uninstalling version 14.2 3 times it works now. So I guess this can be closed. Nevertheless its odd.
