I downloaded dbpowerAMP to help solve a problem I have run into, and I am hoping someone knows the solution...I am trying to embed sound files in Powerpoint 2000 with mp3 compression...as Powerpoint only allows you to embed .wav files, another forum suggested I could use dMC to compress wavs to 10:1 and still retain the .wav extension that Powerpoint requires...does this actually work?? and can you tell me how to do it?? I have no problem converting back and forth from wav to mp3 but do not understand how to accomplish this "compressed wav"...I am trying to do Powerpoint presentations with as much possible compression as I can get without having to link to files.
Any suggestions anyone can make would be HUGELY appreciated...
Thanks
