Edit ID-Tag does not appear to save my changes

Hi - I've spent over 35 minutes trying to figure this out but no joy finding a solution in the forum...

Running R13.5 with ID Tag Update R3 on W7 64

In explorer, I right click on a wma file, Edit ID-tag: my options are "+Add" and "xClear".

I click "+Add", click downarrow for list and select "Mood", click on "<edit>" and type "Peaceful", click "OK". Window closes.

In explorer, I right click on a wma file, Edit ID-tag and find I am back where I started from.

How can I add a tag to the wma file and will I be able to access that through explorer or WMP (I saw some posts leading me to believe that I might not be able to access in explorer?)

    Thanks-
    Sam

It might be related to that wma file (make sure file is not read only), try this, create a new WMA file (perhaps using CD Ripper), then see if you can add mood to it with edit tag, there should be no issues.
