Aplly the volume normalization on all my songs

Hi, i just discovered that I can apply a volume normalization on the song I convert. But now, I have a lot of songs and a few of them are not normalize. How can I normalize them without losing any quality. Because to normalize them, I had to convert the song and applying at the same time the dsp effect. But my songs are already converted. The solution is to convert in "arrange files" with the DSP effect?
Between one original song and the song which has been added volume normalization, there's no difference in the quality?
    thank you
    bye

    Quality is lost like this:

Original CD (Hi quality) >> compress to mp3 (looses quality) >> decompress to apply volume normalize (same quality as mp3) >> recompress to another mp3 (looses a little more quality).

It is best if your Audio Player can support Normalize whilst it is playing (like mine) then no quality is lost.

ok but if i "convert" them with "arrange files" which is not a conversion, i can apply a dsp effect, so i haven't to decompress and recompress the song?

Ah right, Arrange Music is special, it will not be able to run any DSP effects - for that they are just ignored.
