Convert FLAC from 192/24 to 96/24

Hi,

I just downloaded the dBpoweramp Music Converter. I'd like to convert a currently stored flac file (192/24 encoded) to 96/24 flac. Is this possible using this software, and if so, how do I configure it (via the dBpoweramp Music Converter dialog window to do so?

Add a DSP effect 'Resample' set to 96Khz
