batch converter put 1000 songs in abc order instead back in folders and sub folders.

I used batch converter to convert from flac to mp3. It gave me hundreds of songs back in alphabetical order. I need them back in the folders and subfolders of artist and album titlel.
In the converter I check a box that indicated folders and subfolders.Is there a way to get it sorted back into folders
Or can I redo it in a way that puts them in the same folders that I had them in? Thanks.

Use dynamic naming and:

[origpath]\[origfilename]

test on a few files.
