Audio CD Input options freezing up

In trying to rip some audio cd's, it does fine w/ default options. But when I click on the options button, the prog freezes and starts using up proc resources (what it's doing, I have no idea). As such, I can only rip in one format (mp3, yes, I have other codecs installed, I just can't choose which one because of this problem). Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

You select the codec with Rip Menu >> Compression >>

Do you have Windows 98 and the latest beta version installed (this bug has been reported once before)?

This is on WinXPPro, using dMC Release 9a. Yeah, I noticed the comp settings after I sent my last post. Still, I can't get into "options" w/o freezing the prog and tying up my proc.

In that case, try the latest beta version of dMC - 'Beta' in this forum.
