Id tag editor - open directories, not just files

As far as I can tell the tag editor can batch edit tags, but it can only open groups of individual files. It can't open a given directory and allow all the files in the directory to edited in common.

Is it possible to add this feature? mp3tag has it.

if you open a folder, select all CTRL+A, right click on one file >> edit id tags
