M4a help!!

Hi i just downloaded the encoder for conversion to m4a and it has come up saying you need to go to nero digital .com and wont tell me what i need to get from there to use the m4a encoder
'Before using this encoder a seperate component must first be installed from www.nerodigital.com , Press red [?] help button on encoder settings for page detalils'
I press the red button and it takes me to the m4a help support page and the page doesn't tell me anything about nero digital component or anything

Reinstall and look at the help file which is show on the screen.
