physical memory dumping

Some times when using the converter, my pc get bluuscreen dumping physical memory and folowing up with restarting the system.
I am usen the last version of the program and codecs. My PC is a brand new ACER ASPIRE 5742 G ; quad core i5 pros. 4 gb RAM and 64bit Windows7...
It is happening many times a day and it is a major problem, cause I want to put my Music collection on harddisk ..
Can anybody help, please??

Either the computer is faulty, or there are bad drivers. Check that the CPU is not overheating.
