ID Tags edits not saving

I have a fully registered version of dMC and am not able to edit tags on some mp3 files.

When I right click over an mp3 and select 'Edit Tag' I get the 'Editing Tag for ..." window.

I am able to select any of the ID Tag entries (Artist, Title, Track etc.) and make changes to them.

After clicking the 'OK' button, the edits are not saved. When I re-open the Edit Tag window, the original entries are still there.

This happens for a lot of the files I encounter. I am not sure why I can edit some file tags and not others. I have checked to make sure the files are not set to read only.

I have also tries the BSI Info Editor, and it too has issue changing the tag on some files.

What are the issues? Is there one program that is best to use for tag editing?

If your mp3 files have ID3v1 & v2 tags then you need the latest dMC Beta (get from Beta section on this forum). If they are 'Read Only' right click >> Properties and uncheck read only.
