    I'm ready to cry

I've had dBpower converter for almost 10 years. I went to convert a song to MP3 and it just didn't work. I have a feeling it's my new security that did a scan and deleted a lot of files. I have other programs that don't work not too. I'm trying to load it back on from an very old disk that I had stuck disk that I had stuck back and now it's asking for a codex and I don't have a clue what it's talking about. The worse part is I can't find an order number and I'm not even sure what email address I was using way back then....can anyone email me at <edited> and tell me what I need. I'm trying to load up music for an 8 year old child and I feel like now I just need to turn it all over to the 8 year old

    Re: I'm ready to cry

We are only able to give out registered downloads with either an email address, or order number, these are the only 2 bits of information we store.

Re-issue registered version of dBpoweramp can be downloaded from this page:

(clicking the above link from your email program might not open the link, copy and paste it into the title bar).

Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked, a download link is then presented.

Lost your order number? visit: http://reg.dbpoweramp.com/lostorder.aspx
