compaq iPAQ struggles with sveta portable audio

Trying to install Sveta to use with my compaq ipaq-2

trying to install the driver for the ipaq 2, but it refuses to detect my USB Ipaq. Any ideas?

Does Windows detect it (if you look in Device Manager does it appear)?
