New user, converter failing. :o(

I just downloaded your program, full of hope and .... it failed.

Here is the error message I'm getting. I'm converting .wav files to .mp3.

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'D:\My Music\Joe Bonamassa\Dust Bowl\01 Slow Train.wma' to 'D:\My Music\Joe Bonamassa\Dust Bowl\01 Slow Train.mp3'
Error: Unable to load decoder for file type '.wma', codec not installed? visit 'Codec Central'. [dBCoreConverter::dBCoreConverter]

Still hopeful.
