Hi,
I am a new user and need help. I am trying to convert an MP3 file to an AAC file. I thought that I had gone through the process of downloading and installing the NERO AAC encoder files, but when I click the MP3 file I want to convert, I immediately and get a message warning me that “a separate encode must first be installed”. Then when I try to encode, I just end up with an empty file in the specified directory. When I click on the “encoder” button it says “no encoder specified” and when I click to locate encoder, nothing appears in the menu structures it defaults to. I went ahead and copied the “codecs” section of the configuration file to clipboard, and pasted the results below (looks to me like all codecs are installed, but I might be reading it incorrectly). If someone would please let me know what I am doing wrong and what I need to do to get it to work I would really appreciate your help. Thanks!
