Hide IDTags in IDTag window

Hide IDTags in IDTag window

Hiya!

How do i hide permanently this "Comment" section in IDTag window, so it will never appear again when i want to edit IDTags? I already excluded that in settings but it keeps appearing...check the screenshots below:
Tags: None

It is not possible to hide it in the Tag Editor
