Wave64 says it requires Reference which is already installed

Downloaded the codec for wave64 but whenever I select it I get a screen up saying that it requires dbPoweramp Reference. Thing is I already have Reference 14.1 installed. All the other codecs I have installed work fine. It is wave64.

I have tried installing dbPoweramp again and rebooting all to no avail. Am I missing something ?


Hi by the way. Just registered for the forum but have been using dbpoweramp for years. Love the CD ripper and the converter - so easy to use and very versitile. Never had any problems (until today )

There was an issue with a very old Wave64 codec, do a check for updates in dBpoweramp Configuration.

Yep, tried that but no updates show I'm afraid. I did only download the codec today from the Codec Central so it should be the latest version.

Open dbpoweramp configuration, for the registration does it say

Reference registered?

No it doesn't. And that is because I am an idiot. Please ignore me. I only had the powerpack version installed and not the full Reference version. I could have sworn I had installed Reference a few months back. doh!
