dMC does not create any output files

I have a very strange problem. I have reinstalled my laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate and also have installed the most recent version of dBpoweramp Reference Registered.
Ripping of Audio CDs works well, but converting sound files (regardless if batch or normal mode, regardless of input or output format) doesn't create any files. I have also started dMC with Admin rights, same problem. There is no error message and also in the logs I can't see any problems:

    Save:

to your dBpoweramp folder, overwriting the existing and re-run the conversion with debug log please.

Thanks for you quick reply. Unfortunately the results are unchanged: no output file is created... :(

This is the change, it shows when the converter exited the filesize was 4.6MB

Re: dMC does not create any output files

Well, yes, I saw the additional line, but still there is no visible sight of the file created. Even if I try to access the file C:\Users\Aldijana\Desktop\TEST.mp3 during the creation process I get an error message the file doesn't exist.
As I mentioned before the file creation when ripping CDs works...

I also deactivated the AntiVir (Avast Pro 6.0) during testing. I'm really running out of ideas, especially because I have been using dMC on Windows VISTA for quite a time without a single problem...

Re: dMC does not create any output files

Try writing to a different folder other than desktop, as Windows can sometimes sandbox these for applications and send the files to another location (transparently).

Thanks, Spoon! "sandbox" was the keyword
I have deactivated not only the Avast OnAccess Scanner, but also the "AutoSandbox" feature and voilá - files are properly created now.

Thanks for the fast and outstanding support! :D
