cd bought and burned in Itunes

My dBpoweramb cd writer cannot rip a cd that is bought and burned in itunes. There has been no problems earlier. What do I do ? (I'm not very technical)

That is to be expected with a disc you have created yourself. CD discs do not hold metadata (normally), so external databases on the internet are used.

it says: "error ripping to flac..."
              "error unable to open file..."
I've already tried to download etc from codec central

Post the full error message please, including filenames (there is a copy to clipboard button).

What ever your NAS is \\PUPServer\

CD Ripper has no rights to access it (if it did previously, then no rights any more), try using Windows Explorer to copy a file to that network share.

Alternatively, the NAS may not support unicode or whatever Windows is trying to do to create the folder path (given the international characters)... It would probably still kick an access denied error.
