Drive C Always Expanded in dMC File Selector

Every time I start dMC File Selector, it expands the root-level of drive C: in the tree view. How can I tell it to expand the root-level of F: instead?

(Actually, in a perfect world, I'd like it to remember where it was last positioned, but it ain't a perfect world!)
