Problem with Conversion of .smil/.wax formats to mp3

I have downloaded the Realplayer codecs and have had no trouble converting .rm files to mp3 format.

I would like to convert .smil real media format files to mp3 and/or .wax windows media player files to mp3. Is there anyway to do this with available codecs? Will there be additional codecs offered that can complete this conversion?
