Batch Converting Files on NAS Drive

Batch Converter only seems to show up the folder structure on PC on which the software is loaded. I would like to convert files on a network drive but cannot see this under the Network folder on the navigation tree.
How can I get BatchConverter to see and convert files on an NAS drive ?

Right click on the network share and select 'Map Network drive'
