itunes?

I bought this product so that I could convert my itunes library to mp3 to play in my car. It will allow me to convert some files, but not most of them.

Does not appear to be consistant, it will allow me to convert some files from the itunes store, but not others.
Is there a way around this?

If you have iTunes protected files (.m4p) then they cannot be converted.
