Error converting WAV to MP3

It has been a long while since I used dbPowerAmp (purchased). I have not used it since reinstalling everything after a virus 3-4 months ago.

I received an error while converting a WAV file to mp3: The CODEC required to compress 'filepath\My Music\cicadas.mp3' could not be opened.

Uninstall dBpoweramp, reboot windows then reinstall.
