FLAC to MP3 conversion

is it possible to convert dbpoweramp Flac files (on a PC) to MP3 files (on a PC) - using dbmusicconverter, and then use/play the resulting MP3 files on a mac (in itunes) - using a usb stick or similar to transfer the files from computer to mac?

will this work - or will i get mac/pc problems? or any other problems (metadata/artwork etc.) ?

also if this would work - my flac files are actually on a NAS drive - how do i go about the conversion on the pc - would i need to copy the files from my NAS drive on to my pc's hard drive first?

is there any help pages/instructions on how to use music converter?

mp3 files are universal, so the platform (PC or MAC) does not matter.

After installing the Music Converter, there is a help file which is displayed.
