FLAC to MP3

Hi, I have just purchased the R14 and tried converting some flacs to mp3. all I get is errors:" Encountered FLAC_STREAM_DECODER_SEARCH_FOR_FRAME_SYNC" in flac file Z: (where Z is my RipNas)
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

When the error message shows, click the 'Copy To Clipboard' button and paste the message (exactly as it shows) here please.

Do other flac files convert? It looks like those flac files are corrupted
