Automatically adding meta data

Is there a way to automatically add meta data when converting from a .wav file to .flac using the converter program?

For example, when converting an album from .wav's using dBPowerAmp Music converter to .flac, is there a way to have the meta data in the .flac file when done converting?

Any help would be appreciated.

OK thanks. Good thing I ripped my 1000+ CD collection to flac w/ CD ripper.

I just have a few discs in .wav. Looks like I have some editing to do.
