question about reinstalling dbpoweramp reference 14

I purchased dbpoweramp reference 14 a couple months ago. last week, i had to reformat my computer. prior to doing so, i saved some files on a usb drive. one of those files was the dbpoweramp executable i downloaded. can i use that same executable to reinstall dbpoweramp or must i go through this "reinitiliaze" process? also, will my lifetime perfect meta access be intact or are there some special procedures i must follow to get that working again?
