Batch Converter: how to enter path directly?

How may I select the folder whose path is on the clipboard, without having to visually search though my thousands of folders to select it? Thanks.

If you enable batch converter integration on folders, you right click on the folder and select Batch Convert.

Thanks, but I would like multiple source paths in the batch.
