Right-click Convert To missing

I am using Registered Reference Release 14 On Windows 7 64 bit, and ever since I upgraded to this version I no longer have the option to Convert files in the right-click context menu. This was available in the previous version I had installed. I looked through past posts and tried the suggestions contained within with no success. And yes, the box is checked in the Windows Explorer Integration section. Can someone please assist?

Uninstall dbpoweramp, reboot windows then reinstall.

Turn off the copier, then turn the copier back on.
