Multiple computers?

I can't find this topic in the FAQs or anywhere on the site, but might have missed it.

As a single user, can I install dBp on multiple PCs (never to be used concurrently), with a single license?

Not if CD ripper is to be used as each PC requires a separate metadata license, that is why we created the family pack.

No interest in the CD Ripper on the second computer (doesn't even have an optical drive). Converter only. Can it be legal on the second computer without the ripper?
