Is all MetaData automatically converted durring batch upload...?

Is there a way to block certain MetaData during conversion from FLAC (ar any file type) to AAC when using DBPoweramp? I only want to allow certain MetaData to be converted.

If not, I think this would be a very helpful tool, for those of us who have accidentally added MetaData that we later regret.
