Build new library with original folder structure

I'd like to clone my Flac and MP3 library to an all MP3 library on a NEW Target Device/Folder. But I want the original folder structure.

I have moved stuff around over the years.

I could write everything to the original folder for the FLACs and just copy the tree later and delete the FLACs. But I don't want to overwrite the MP3's. That will also make it difficult to know which MP3's are orginals and which were build from flacs if I later want to clean it up.

This is exactly the problem a I bought dbPoweramp Music converter for. To build a lower quality library for a portable device (in this case my car) and it's proving to be very difficult.

I may just have to write my own script.

    Windows 7 x86 running R14

Use Batch Converter, select the root folder >> Convert

Then set the output location to Dynamic: [origpath]\[origfilename]

and set a different drive or folder and the path is preserved in the new location.

Can I do a folder restructure and not do any Decoding/Encoding?
