Batch Convert flac to mp3 with album art

I have ripped my CD collection into flac format and edited the metadata and album art. I did this for archiving purposes. I now want to batch convert the entire collection into an mp3 format, into a different folder on a different hard drive, to use in my home system. Each album/CD folder has the flac file and a jpg file called "Folder" in it. The jpg is the album art. When I convert the flac files to mp3s, all goes well except that the jpg file is not transferred to the new mp3 folder. Is there a way to get the jpg file automatically copied to the new mp3 folder with batch convert, so that I have the album art along with the newly created mp3 files? Or, is there any other way to get the album art to the mp3 folder efficiently? I know it can be manually copied and pasted, but that is a bunch of work with a large CD collection. Thanks!

Include the DSP effect 'Cover Art Preserve'

Thanks Spoon. I used the DSP ID and export to "Folder" during conversion. It seems to be doing the trick. Your software is awesome BTW!
