I have problems in converting into Apple Audio Codec by using AAC so it can be played in i-tunes. the File extension that comes out is ATS which is of course not identifiable by i-tunes. What do do I make wrong?

Re: Converting into Apple Codec
ATS? it does not sound familiar, which codec are you converting to?
m4a Nero (AAC)? -
Re: Converting into Apple Codec
Well, I installed codec pack 14. The selection is only for m4a Nero, the simple m4a does not appear. Then it says something with downloading from Nero and do some complicated Copy work.
Shouldn't there be a simple way to install thie i-tunes codec that is so widely used: How do I proceed?
ThanksComment

Re: Converting into Apple Codec
If you want Apple Lossless there is nothing more to do, select it from the list, if you want AAC then the Nero component must also be installed.Comment

Re: Converting into Apple Codec
Sorry I am not understanding, how do you get VBR in the filename for mp3?Comment

Re: Converting into Apple Codec
To be precise. If I convert (dbPoweramp) into MP3 at VBR then the you can read next to the data rate (VBR) example 267 (VBR). Same if I convert a file in i-tunes into AAC the (VBR) appears. If I convert into AAC using VBR there is no such specification (VBR) only 267 would be mentioned.?Comment
