mp4 to wav

I am not sure if this has been covered in the forums, but if so, can you direct me there. I am having difficulty converting mp4 files to wav in Windows XP PRO SP3. The files convert fine in my work computer with Windows 7 PRO. Any help will be much appreciated.

You are using the same version of dBpoweramp on both? what error message is shown?
