Hey guys and girls,
New to this forums, but couldn't find a thread in which someone wrote this recently.
I've obtained the Beatles in 24bit flac files, the complete anthology on a USB stick such as can be found on Amazon. To be able to play these masterpieces in my Apple iTunes collection, I tried batch converting them to 24bit ALAC files. Batch converter does the trick, but the outcome are 32 bit files instead of 24bit according to VLC media player. There's no setting button to change the specific settings for Apple lossless codec in the batch converter.. or am I overlooking something?
