    Using multiple cpu's

I have recently installed the Music Converter onto my desktop. However, while converting from one format to another, it only uses one cpu.

On my laptop, when converting the same set of files, it uses multiple cpu's.

What do I need to do to get the desktop to use multiple cpu's?

As background, I first downloaded a trial version and then downloaded a registered version. Wondering if that has anything to do with the problem?

How do I get the reference version?

I have already paid for it.

I did that and got the link. However, the multi-cpu option still does not work.

Have a look on this chart:

You have the Reference Version, rather than the 'Power Pack'? if you look in dBpoweramp Configuration it should state:

            dBpoweramp Music Converter: Registered Reference

              Re: Using multiple cpu's

I have the 'Power Pack' version instead of the 'Reference' version, even though I had paid for the 'Reference' version.

Pls let me know how I can get the ref version instead.

              Thanks,
              Anand.

I have done with twice, but each time I get the power pack version, despite it saying it is the 'reference' version.

Please let me know what next to do?
