Problems with ID-tag Flac to mp3 R14

Hi,

When using R14ref to convert a Flac to a mp3 the Artist-tag if it includes a slash changes to a backslash. This with the standard lame mp3 encoder. Converting to ogg works allright.

Original flac: Artist AC/DC
converted to mp3: Artist AC\DC
converted to ogg: Artist AC/DC

Don´t know if I'm doing something wrong but I havn't seen this before.

For id3v2.3, the specification states that '/' separates multiple artists.
