Generating filenames

The last time I downloaded some mp3's they had rubbish filenames and I used some software to generate better filenames from the tags, I thought it was dbpowerAMP but I can't find the options any more. How do I do this? also, for my old MP3's before I had heard of CDDB, is there a way of using CDDB to rename them I specify the album and artist?
