Music File Descriptions

While working with music files is there any way to prevent the file descriptions from popping up every time you roll over a file or at he very least move it away from the file name itself. Very annoying and disconcerting when you are trying to work with the files and are not really concerned with the detailed file description
Most of the programs i am working with require you to right click if you want to see details of the file and do not pop up ever time you roll over a file

This is Windows, there is an option in Windows to disable the Popup info tips.
