Calculate/Apply Replay Gain

I suppose i am just dense. I have read all of the Q/A's regarding applying replay gain to tracks and albums and i still can't figure out how to do it without going thru the converter.
I have 6000+ tracks in 400 albums that are already encoded in MP3 and just want to apply replay gain. Can't figure out what buttons to push to accomplish.

With dBpoweramp to apply the gain you would have to reconvert, or you can write the replaygain values to the tags.
