WAV to FLAC and Meta Tags

I would like to convert some WAV files to FLAC. The WAV files are used in J. River Media Center 15 and I use two special fields in there that I need to show up in the FLAC meta tags. The fields are Catalog *blooper* and Notes.

Is there away to bring this info over during the conversion?

Sorry there is not, as they will be stored as a list tag which in a way which is unique to JR.

I may be over thinking this but above is a screenshot of a FLAC file from a WAV file done with your program. The key fields are Catalog Number and Notes. Both seem to be there. I opened the FLAC file for a double check in Audacity to avoid using JR's built in Window's explorer view.
