available devices not showing

How do I get available devices to show on the add devices screen?

available devices are not showing when I try to add devices.
device shows under "advanced" but not on add device on the next screen.
I've downloaded Sveta and device driver (diamond rio 500) per instructions.
Same problem on two machines running XP.

It is not detecting your Rio, first you have to check that Windows is finding it, have a look in device manager and under Universal Serial Bus it should list Rio 500 if all is well.

i have the same problem with mpio dmk. windows finds it just fine, and its plugged in directly into a usb port, no hubs. also the mpio manager just hangs when it tries to start. i'm running win xp with the latest drivers for my motherboard.

Try removing the battery, connect it to the usb and put the battery in.
