ripping cd not working

hi, i always get following error message when i try to rip a cd:

CODEC decompression error for '\\CdRom\Track01.cda'
Error whilst running DSP effect, lack of disk space? Temp file 'C:\WIN98\TEMP\DMC6203.TMP'
Unable to read CD, scratched disk?

I uses dmc for a long time before i had to change my computer, and it was working successfully. but now i have no idea about the problem. the disc is not scratched, and there is also enough disc space.

(i do not have a floppy connected to the system, so sometimes i get error message from windows)

Do a 'Rip with Options' and make sure Volume Normalize is switched off.
