24 bit flac to 16 bit flac

Can 13.3 Music Converter handle this?

The files I have are 24-48 I need to get them in 16 bit, 44

Can I convert / down sample with something else and then use music converter?

I just bought db power amp 13.3 last December. I can't afford to blow a bunch of money on the new version 14 this darn soon. I barely had the software and it was obsolete. :cry:

Use the DSP effect Resample and Bit Depth.
