Define output directory

I have sucessfully tested the ripper part. Now I am trying the Music Converter and want to convert all created Flacs in mp3.

It seems to work fine and I really like the simplicity and clarity of these tools.

Perhaps a related question: my intention is to rip without cue sheets. My current understandig of it is that it is usefull to rebuild the original CD. Is that correct?
